All products on the Site are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity. To this end, the Purchaser holds the rights provided for by the Consumer Code, and this warranty does not affect these rights. The warranty is valid throughout the national territory. To take advantage of it, it is necessary to contact the Seller by e-mail at The Seller shall indicate its willingness to carry out the request, or the reasons that prevent it from doing so, within 7 (seven) working days of receipt.

Defects deriving from normal wear and tear of the products, or those caused during transport, maintenance, or due to misuse by the Purchaser or in any case not in compliance with the intended use and/or the technical instructions attached to the product are expressly excluded from the warranty.

The Seller shall be liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within the term of 2 (two) years from delivery of the goods. The Purchaser shall forfeit all rights if they do not report the lack of conformity to the Seller within the term of 2 (two) months from the date on which the defect was discovered. In any event, such rights shall expire in 26 (twenty-six) months from delivery of the goods unless the defects have been fraudulently concealed by the Seller.

For the purposes of this Contract, consumer goods shall be presumed to be in conformity with the Contract if they have the characteristics set out in Article 129 of Legislative Decree 206/2005. There is no lack of conformity if at the time of conclusion of the Contract the Buyer was aware of the lack of conformity and could not have been unaware of it with ordinary diligence, or if the lack of conformity results from instructions or materials provided by the Buyer.

Upon receipt of the products, they shall be examined by the Seller to assess the defects covered by the warranty. In the event of a lack of conformity, the Purchaser may request, alternatively and at no expense to him, the repair or replacement of the goods purchased (under the conditions laid down in paragraphs 3, 4, 5 and 6 of Article 130 of the Consumer Code), or an appropriate reduction in the purchase price, or even the termination of this Contract.
