Shipping methods.

As required by the laws governing commerce, all shipments leaving our shop are accompanied by an official invoice stating the value of the individual items in Euros. For sale items, the invoice shows the discounted amounts. Shipments in Italy are made by courier.

The Seller ships throughout Italy and abroad through the main national and international couriers.

The Seller is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls, or force majeure beyond its control.

Shipping costs.


The cost of international shipping is calculated when the order is placed according to the destination, volume and weight of the items purchased.

Shipment traceability.

When the order is shipped, customers receive an email from the Seller containing the tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of the shipment. In the event of delays due to shippers, customers will be contacted directly by the carrier or the Seller.

Shipment Insurance.

The insurance on the goods is the insurance of the courier who delivers the goods and is already included in the shipping costs.

Delivery of the shipment.

Delivery may take place only if the courier has previously agreed with the Buyer on the time and place of delivery.

The impossibility of arriving at the address indicated in the purchase order without hindrance, or the failure of the Buyer to attend the appointment agreed with the courier, may result in the payment of additional delivery costs for the latter and/or cancellation of the order.

Upon arrival of the goods, before signing the waybill, the Buyer must inspect the integrity of the packaging to detect any tampering and/or abrasions or breaks in the packaging itself or in the adhesive tape. He must also check whether the number of packages indicated in the carrier's letter corresponds to the number delivered. In the event of discrepancies or abrasions/breakage/damage to the package, the Buyer must sign ‘with reservation’, possibly writing the reasons for such reservation. Once this has been done, the customer is requested to inform the Seller or the courier himself. The reservation shall be lifted when the goods are inspected and found to be intact and in conformity. If the parcel is not delivered for reasons dependent on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, the shipping costs and any customs charges shall be deducted from the refund due to the customer.

The Buyer may in such cases contact the Seller by e-mail at within 5 (five) days. In the event of failure to report as indicated above, the Buyer shall have no recourse against the Seller.

Delivery shall be deemed completed when the goods ordered arrive at the shipping address indicated by the Buyer.

Order Status.

You can check the progress of your orders directly online by accessing the reserved area and entering the ORDERS section. We would like to remind our customers that once confirmed and processed, orders for items already available cannot be changed. Orders placed separately can be shipped separately.

Shipment in stock.

If the shipment is unsuccessful, after the second delivery attempt, the Buyer will be notified by e-mail of the opening of the storage file, stating the reason for non-delivery and requesting instructions for release. The Purchaser may view the same communication as well as the status of his order directly on the courier's website. After 3 (three) working days have elapsed, without the Purchaser having given instructions in this regard, the Seller reserves the right to request the return of the goods, the Contract shall be considered terminated and the purchase order cancelled pursuant to art. 1456 of the Italian Civil Code. In any case, all storage costs shall be borne by the Purchaser, as well as the cost of any redelivery. This amount will be deducted from any reimbursement of expenses paid by the Purchaser, which the Seller will make as soon as possible, crediting the sum to the means of payment used by the Purchaser for the purchase or to another means proposed by the Seller and accepted by the Purchaser.
