The Seller grants the Purchaser the possibility of returning the purchased products if he is not satisfied, if they present defects, or if he simply wishes to replace them by following the procedure and conditions set out in this article. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract stipulated, and therefore to renounce the purchase made, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within the term of 14 (fourteen) days from the day of receipt of the product purchased.

If the Purchaser decides to avail himself of the right of withdrawal, he must send a request to web@mengotti-online.com within the terms defined above. The e-mail must indicate the Purchaser's data (name, surname, order number, telephone number, e-mail address and reason for return), the codes (SKU code indicated on the invoice) of the items to be returned and the desired compensation among the following:

Change of size or colour (where available): it is possible to exchange for a different size or colour of the same article, where available;

Refund: the refund will be made within 5 (five) working days from when the return is received and verified by the Seller. For orders placed by PayPal or bank transfer, the amount will be refunded to the account with which it was paid. For orders placed by Credit Card or cash on delivery, the Purchaser must provide his IBAN to allow the Seller to make the refund by bank transfer.

Once the Vendor has received the e-mail, it will send the customer an e-mail within 72 hours with a return authorisation containing a shipping label to be printed and affixed to the outside of the package so that the courier can collect the package. The products are shipped to the sender by the Seller's courier. The products must be returned in their original packaging in their entirety, including manuals, seals and any accessories present in the package.

The goods must not show signs of use and must be contained in their original packaging, with the relative transport documents. If the returned items show damage or signs of wear resulting from handling not necessary to establish their nature and characteristics, the Seller may withhold from the refund an amount corresponding to their decrease in value.

The Seller shall bear the shipping costs of the returned product except in the case of a second return due to an additional change of cut or change of mind, since only one free exchange of goods per item is provided.

The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply if the purchase concerns made-to-measure or customised products.

The removal of the guarantee seal constitutes an alteration of the substantial integrity of the product. An essential condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal is the permanence of this warranty seal on the product. No refunds will be made for products returned without this warranty seal.

Upon receipt of the notice in which the Buyer informs the Seller that he is exercising his right of withdrawal, the Parties are released from their mutual obligations, without prejudice to the provisions of this article.

The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the Site and/or amend these General Conditions whenever necessary, without prior notice, except for the Purchaser's right of withdrawal to be exercised within 7 (seven) days in accordance with the procedures provided for in Article 12.1. Once this term has elapsed, the changes will be considered accepted. The amendments and/or additions to these Conditions will come into force from the time of their publication on the Site.
